The story behind

What guided me?

When designing the logo, it was important to me that the following words are shown :

the coachee (YOU) and the coach, to accompany, a thought-provoking creative process, to unlock the unknown potential, to achieve the goal

When phrasing the tagline, I wanted it to state my key element for a positive outcome of a coaching session: Yourself. It starts with an ancient Greek aphorism: "Know thyself, ...". If you know yourself, you know where your strengths and weaknesses lie, what motivates you and what drives you. So it is you who makes the difference in the thought-provoking, creative coaching sessions and you can trigger your change and thus the achievement of your goal(s). "..., you make the change"

3 elements, stable as a tripod

The coachee (YOU) & the coach

The two shoe prints represent the coachee (YOU: individual, team, or organization) and the coach (me). Coaching is about accompanying, The coach is guiding, not driving, nor escorting the coachee through the forest.

Thought-provoking, creative process to unlock the unknown potential

The topographical map with the indication of three paths leading to a point represents the thought-provoking, creative process.

As you might try out various paths, with ups and downs, to find the right one and thus unlock your potential to reach the end point.

To achieve the goal(s)

The black dotted line, running from from left to right, represents the path you have taken and will become thinner and thinner over time, as you've chosen the right one.
The red pin represents the end point.

You have made it, you have reached your goal on a path on which I've accompanied you.
