Hi, I am Marc. Drawing on over twenty years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, in a multicultural working environment on five continents, I started my activity as a professional coach in 2022. Why? Because in today's fast-moving and challenging world, I can put my experience to good use and contribute to achieving goals, overcoming challenges and ultimately to the well-being of the individual, the team and / or the organization.

My coaching focuses on accompanying individuals, teams and / or organizations to achieve their goal(s) in terms of skills, performance and professional / personal development.

During my professional career, I have been involved in accompanying colleagues and teams, managing change, setting up new administrative and financial structures, training, structuring, and leading projects.

My professional expertise lies in the areas of accounting, controlling, day-to-day operations, financial management, governance, human resources, legal, project management, quality assurance, and sustainable development.

Professional development is an integral part of my daily life, and I attended, among others, training courses in governance, communication, project management, consolidation, commercial and labour law.

My educational stays in Luxembourg, France, Spain, Sweden, Japan and the USA lead to degrees in professional coaching, mechanical engineering, mineral / petroleum economics and management.

If time permits, I enjoy doing guided tours for the City of Luxembourg.
